Graeme Lynch

 

Graeme Lynch - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lynch has 20 years of senior international corporate experience in both private and publically listed resource and technology based organizations. Mr. Lynch is a frontline leader with strong strategic skill sets and a broad experience level dealing with large energy companies, regulatory and corporate boards in bringing strategic insight and valued contributions to the challenges at hand. Mr. Lynch has a successful track record in developing and managing transitional “next phase” initiatives, developing new venture market initiatives with resourceful, strategic and innovative approaches. Mr. Lynch has extensive experience managing merger, acquisition and divestment initiatives. Mr. Lynch has strong skill sets in leveraging alliances, industry and distribution partnerships to broaden market reach and coverage. Mr. Lynch has spent the last 7 years as Chief Commercial Officer with HTC Purenergy Inc. Mr. Lynch acquired his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from Auckland University in New Zealand.

 

Cameron Wyatt

 

Cameron Wyatt - Director of Production Operations

Mr. Wyatt began his production career with Northrock Resources Inc. at the Kisbey, Saskatchewan Plant. He has accumulated over 8 years of experience in managing oil and gas production in the Williston Basin with additional oilfield experience gained with a family owned oil and gas service business in Southeast Saskatchewan. Prior to joining EHR, Mr. Wyatt’s company managed the day to day operations of 120 wells producing 1500 bbl/day of conventional light oil and gas, supervised routine well and facility maintenance, executed a variety of well optimization strategies and comprehensive well failure analysis’ initiatives. As Director of Production Operations, Mr. Wyatt is responsible for EHR’s oil and gas operations, including playing a key role in the acquisitions and divestitures department. Mr. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Regina and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.

 

Kurtis Greenman

 

Kurtis Greenman - Director of Land

Mr. Greenman is a recognized industry leader in managing land and mineral acquisitions in two of Saskatchewan's fastest growing resources - Oil and Potash. Mr. Greenman was an early Bakken proponent and early land accumulator. He has worked with the major companies that hold the elite Bakken lands and as a result, gained access to some of North Americas best Bakken production. He has provided deal flow and opportunities to the major producers in Saskatchewans Bakken play. Mr. Greenman was called upon to lead the world's largest potash companies in their expansions to maintain pace with this emerging industry. He has assisted many of these large mining companies in their effort to break into this dynamic market. Mr. Greenman has worked hand in hand with the majors; Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Vale Canada, who have all relied on his expertise in acquiring land positions, regulatory compliance and strategic planning, with the target of reaping the benefits of Saskatchewans resource plays. Mr. Greenman leverages years of asset acquisition experience to indentify key opportunities within existing land, overlooked and undervalued land and mineral opportunities. Capital budgeting leadership skills and project management have attributed to his success in some of the fastest paced resource plays in North America.

Mark Kilback - Director of Strategic Assets

Mr. Kilback is a founding director of Kingsland Energy Corp. and has several years of experience in the financial management and merchant banking industry. He co-founded Kingsland Capital Management Corp. in 2007 as one of the managing partners and leads all energy related corporate development.
